Warranty & Return Policy
Warranty
The foregoing warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other warranties with the exception of any warranties required and/or implied by Federal Law or State Law as limited and varying from state to state. Max Star Corp. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to repair or replace those parts that are proven defective by Max Star Corp. technician under the following terms and conditions.
Coverage Limitation
1. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser, and is Non Transferable thereafter.
2. Limited 1 year parts and labor warranty. Within a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase, Max Star Corp. will repair all parts found to be defective free of charge.
Warranty Condition
1. Warranty not covered as follow: Damage due to alteration by the user, damage to parts and/or products due to abuse, misuse Accidents, improper eminence, or use in violation of user instruction.
2. Warranties can be honored if the products purchased and sent back for repair from within the .
To obtain Warranty Service, Please follow the instruction below:
1. Owner’s registration card must be completed and returned with proof of purchase to Max Star Corp. Only the original serialize warranty card and original registered name on the card will be eligible for coverage under this policy and entitled to the benefits offer herein.
2. Contact the customer services dept. at Max Star 626-279-6738 Monday through Friday 9:00am To 5:00pm Pacific Coast Time to determine the nature of the problem. If a product needs to be return for repair, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number needs to be issued.
3. The following guidelines apply when shipping product for repair: a. Include the bill of sale, your name, address, and the RMA number.
b. All products being returned for warranty service must be carefully packed in the original or a heavy box and sent freight PREPAID.
c. All components, documentation and accessories must be included.
Return Policy
Max Star Corp will accept products returned within 7 days, started from the receipt day of merchandises. Products returned must provide a copy of original Invoice, all components, documentation and accessories must be included. Product must pack in the original box. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned products. Any damaged items caused by customers will be charged based on the results of inspection. We reserve our rights to revise any part of the above contents without advanced notice.
