Quantity control

WE GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCT: We stand behind the quality of the product we source. If the product we get made doesn't meet the standards of the approved pre-production samples. It is our problem. Since we don't have financial tie with the factory, the leverage we have with our vendors is that if their production isn't consistent, they won't get more order from us.

We have developed a layered QC philosophy. We set up a quality control procedure at each stage of the production to insure the products are made to the client's exact specification.

1. Each account manager works with its client to develop a quality control action plan. We held extensive QC meeting with factory production manger to make sure they understand the expectation and requirement of our client.

 

2. Every factory is required to provide pre-production sample for approval.  Before 1st pre-production samples are sent to our client, the samples have been inspected by the factory QC program. Our account mangers in US then perform a secondary inspection to double-check the product. Factory will not start production before customer's confirmation.

 

3. Once the pre-production Samples are approved by our client. The production run is started; factory QC auditors will inspect the factory to insure the quality control systems are functioning properly. This includes randomly pulling product off the line and performing and in-process inspection to insure the product meets the customer's specifications.

 

4. Before the ship date. Factory will send production sample to our client for approval. The order will not ship before customer approved the production sample.
